In a pot, bring the water, milk, and butter to a boil. Dump in your packages of Knorr Cheesy Cheddar Pasta Sides™ and cook according to package directions.
While the pasta and sauce are cooking, slice your smoked sausage into half moon shapes. I do this by slicing the sausage into coin shapes and then cutting the coin shapes in half. Place your sliced smoked sausage into an oiled skillet on medium low heat and continue cooking and stirring occasionally until the smoked sausage starts to brown. Once lightly browned, turn off the heat and set aside until it's time to add the sausage to the pasta.
Once the pasta is done cooking, add in shredded cheddar cheese one handful at a time, stirring in between handfuls, until the pasta and sauce is the consistency and taste you prefer.
Steam a small bag of broccoli. Add the broccoli to the cheesy pasta.
Place the browned smoked sausage into the pasta.
Stir everything together until well combined. Top with additional cheese until your preference.
