Brown your ground beef until cooked through and no longer pink. Drain the grease and season with preferred seasonings.
While the beef is cooking, peel and dice the potatoes and boil them in a large pot of water until fork tender. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, sour cream, salt, and pepper and mash until they are your preferred consistency.
In between all that, prepare the brown gravy. Add the brown gravy mix to a small saucepan and add the cream of chicken soup and half a can of water. Heat on low and whisk frequently until warm and smooth throughout.
Add your corn to a small pot and heat on low until warm, stirring occasionally.
Now that everything is cooked, assemble individual bowls starting with the mashed potatoes.
Scoop ground beef onto the mashed potatoes.
Sprinkle corn on top of the beef.
Pour the brown gravy over everything.
Top off the bowl with shredded cheese.
Enjoy!
