Peanut Butter Stuffed Cookies
I don't want to be dramatic but if you love peanut butter, this easy 3 ingredient recipe WILL change your life.
Ingredients
- 20 oz creamy peanut butter
- 16.5 oz peanut butter cookie dough
- 32 individual Reese's Pieces
Instructions
- With an ice cream scoop, place dollops of peanut butter onto a parchment lined sheet.
- Freeze the dollops of peanut butter for at least an hour.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Wrap peanut butter cookie dough around the frozen peanut butter dollops.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
- Immediately after removing cookies from the oven, gently place Reese Pieces on top of the cookies pushing down slightly.
- Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes. Devour!
