What You Will Need
Creamy peanut butter, peanut butter cookie dough, and Reese’s Pieces are the only ingredients you need for this simple recipe. You will need a baking sheet to bake the cookies on.
Step by Step Instructions
With an ice cream scoop, place dollops of peanut butter onto a parchment lined sheet.

Freeze the dollops of peanut butter for at least an hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wrap peanut butter cookie dough around the frozen peanut butter dollops.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Immediately after removing cookies from the oven, gently place Reese Pieces on top of the cookies pushing down slightly.

Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes. Devour!
Tips & Advice
I “cheat” and use already prepared Pillsbury Peanut Butter Cookie Dough to make this recipe even easier. Feel free to make your own peanut butter cookie dough!
It’s important to gently press the Reese’s Pieces into the cookies immediately after removing them from the oven so the Reese’s Pieces stay in place rather than fall off when the cookies are cooled.
If you are like me and can’t wait until the cookies are completely cool, the peanut butter will be deliciously warm and gooey but it will be quite messy. The cookies won’t be as messy if you let them completely cool or if you eat them the next day. Assuming any will make it until the next day.

- 16.5 oz peanut butter cookie dough
- 32 individual Reese's Pieces
