A simple crockpot recipe full of ham and vegetables. It’s the perfect recipe to come home to on a chilly day!
What You Will Need
Center cut ham, green beans, onion, chicken broth, Greek seasoning, petite gold potatoes, and butter are the only ingredients you need for this simple recipe. You will need a crockpot (slow cooker) to cook this meal in.
Step by Step Instructions
Lay out a center cut ham steak.

Slice the ham steak into desired size pieces. Add the pieces of the ham steak to a crockpot.

Dump the green beans into the crockpot. Add diced onion.

Pour in chicken broth. Season with desired seasonings.

Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Add quartered petite gold potatoes.

Stir together until well combined.
Place butter in the crockpot.

Cover and cook on low another 4 hours.
Stir together and serve!
Tips & Advice
You can use whatever kind of broth you would like!
I add my potatoes in halfway through so they are not too mushy. It would probably be fine to dump everything in and cook on low for the day if that is what works best for your schedule!
Greek seasoning is my favorite seasoning to use in this recipe but feel free to use whatever seasonings you would like.

- 24 oz petite gold potatoes quartered
- 4 TBSP butter
