Breakfast Sausage Crescent Roll-Ups

Crescent rolls stuffed with creamy breakfast sausage and cheese. I recommend dunking them in breakfast gravy before devouring! This makes for a delicious hand held breakfast that feeds a crowd.

What You Will Need

Breakfast sausage, cream cheese, crescent rolls, shredded cheese, breakfast gravy mix, and milk are the only ingredients you need for this simple recipe. You need a skillet to fry the sausage, a small saucepan for the gravy, and a baking sheet to bake the roll-ups on.

Step By Step Instructions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cook your breakfast sausage in a skillet on the stovetop until cooked through and no longer pink.

Once the sausage is cooked, add your cream cheese to the skillet.

Heat on low until the cream cheese is melted. Stir together until well combined.

Roll out your crescent rolls.

On the wide end of the crescent rolls, add a pinch or two of shredded cheese.

Add a spoonful or two of the cream cheese breakfast sausage on top of the shredded cheese.

Roll up your crescent rolls and place on a greased baking sheet.

Tips & Advice

I highly recommend shredding a block of cheese as opposed to buying pre-shredded cheese. This is a simple thing you can do to make this recipe taste even better! Use whatever kind of cheese you would like. I used Colby Jack because it’s what I had on hand.
