It’s pretty much all in the name. Chocolate. Caramel. Wafer. Bite-sized. A ridiculously delicious and easy 3 ingredient dessert.
What You Will Need
Mini vanilla wafers, Rolo candy, and milk chocolate melting wafers are the only ingredients you will need for this simple recipe.
Step By Step Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Lay out parchment paper on a baking sheet. Place 24 vanilla wafers on the sheet with the flat side of the wafer facing up.

Place an unwrapped Rolo on top of each vanilla wafer.

Put them in the oven for 1-2 minutes. You want the Rolos just barely melted. As soon as you remove the Rolos from the oven, gently press another mini vanilla wafer on top of each Rolo. You do not want to completely smoosh the Rolo. Just barely press down so the wafer will stick to the Rolo.

Put the vanilla wafer Rolo treats in the fridge for about 20 minutes or until the Rolos harden. While the Rolos are cooling off, go ahead and melt your chocolate. Remove the treats from the fridge and place them in a small square baking pan. Pour your melted chocolate over the treats until they are completely covered.

Use two forks to gently remove the chocolate covered treats onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Allow the chocolate to cool and harden. Enjoy!
Tips & Advice
You can absolutely individually dunk each treat into the melted chocolate but I am too lazy for that. That is why I put the treats into a small pan and pour the chocolate over them all. I just make sure the treats are completely covered and I can use forks and more chocolate to patch in any spots not covered.
I absolutely love these Ghirardelli Milk Chocolate Melting Wafers. They melt beautifully.
