What You Will Need
Soft serve ice cream, self-rising flour, sprinkles, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract are the only ingredients you need for this simple recipe. You will need a mixer and a loaf pan to bake the bread in.
Step By Step Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Add your ice cream and self-rising flour to a mixing bowl.
Mix on low-medium until well incorporated and a dough is formed.
Add in rainbow sprinkles and stir until well incorporated.
Layer a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the dough in.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
While the bread is cooling, make the icing.
In a bowl combine powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour the desired amount of icing over the bread.
Immediately add rainbow sprinkles all over the icing.
Cut into slices and enjoy!

Blue Bunny has this new soft serve ice cream you buy in the freezer section that is amazing! You don’t need to set it out on your counter until it’s soft, it’s soft straight out of the freezer! I’m equally impressed and perplexed. This is the type of ice cream I recommend using for this recipe.
The reason I line the loaf pan with parchment paper, is because it makes it so incredibly easy to remove the bread by just lifting up the paper.
Feel free to adjust the icing to the consistency you like. Add milk to make the icing thinner, and powdered sugar to make the icing thicker.

Ice Cream Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups soft serve ice cream
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
- Rainbow sprinkles to taste
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 TBSP milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Add your ice cream and self-rising flour to a mixing bowl and mix on low-medium until well incorporated and a dough is formed.
- Add in a couple TBSP of rainbow sprinkles and stir until well incorporated.
- Layer a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the dough in.
- Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
- While the bread is cooling, make the icing by stirring together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Pour the desired amount of icing over the bread.
- Immediately add more rainbow sprinkles all over the icing.
- Allow the icing to "harden". Slice and serve!
