A pie full of eggs, ham, and vegetables. This is such an incredibly easy breakfast to make.
What You Will Need
Eggs, ham, onions, green bell pepper, Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, milk, salt, pepper, and pie crust are the only ingredients you need for this simple recipe. You will need a pie plate to bake the quiche in.
Step by Step Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs together.
Pour milk into whisked eggs.

Whisk together.
Add ham, onions, green bell pepper, Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper to the whisked eggs and milk.

Stir together until well combined.
Press premade pie crust into a greased pie pan.
Pour eggs and vegetable mixture into pie.

Bake in the oven for an hour.
Slice like a pie and serve. Enjoy!
Tips & Advice
After 20(ish) minutes of baking, I ripped pieces of foil to cover the exposed edge of the pie crust in order to prevent the crust from burning.
I highly recommend shredding blocks of cheese as opposed to buying pre-shredded cheese. This is a simple thing you can do to make this recipe taste even better!
To make things easier, I buy a refrigerated pie crust and already cubed ham.

- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
