In a large mixing bowl, add the Golden Grahams Cereal™ and 3 cups of mini marshmallows. Gently stir together until well combined. Set aside.
In a saucepan on the stovetop, add the milk chocolate melting wafers, light corn syrup, and butter. Heat on low heat and whisk frequently until melted and smooth.
Add vanilla and salt and whisk again until smooth.
Pour the melted chocolate over the Golden Graham Cereal™ and mini marshmallows.
Stir together until the Golden Grahams Cereal™ and mini marshmallows are well coated with chocolate.
Gently press the mixture evenly into a parchment paper lined 9x13 baking dish.
Sprinkle 1 cup of mini marshmallows over the s'mores bars.
Bake in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes, or until the marshmallows on top are golden brown.
Allow to cool and then slice into individual serving sized bars. Enjoy!
