Brown ground beef in a large pot or Dutch Oven until cooked through and no longer pink. Drain grease.
Dump in the diced tomatoes, Rotel™, tomato sauce, dark red kidney beans, black beans, light red kidney beans, pinto beans, and corn.
Pour in the vegetable broth. Add the taco and ranch seasonings.
Stir together until well combined and simmer on low at least 30 minutes, up to a few hours.
Serve with optional toppings such as sour cream, shredded cheese, jalapenos, Fritos™, etc.
