Breakfast Bowl
Less of a recipe, more of a guide for a simple breakfast idea- breakfast bowls! I'll share what I like in my breakfast bowl, but you add your favorite things in yours.

- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen diced potatoes
- 1 dozen eggs, scrambled
- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups shredded Colby Jack cheese
- Sour cream to taste
- Garlic pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
First, cook your frozen diced potatoes according to package directions. While that is cooking sauté your sliced bell pepper, cook and scramble your eggs, and cook and crumble your sausage.
Once everything is cooked, season accordingly with garlic pepper, salt, and black pepper to taste.
Assemble bowls. The layers should be: Diced potatoes, scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage, sliced bell pepper, shredded cheese, and sour cream. Enjoy!
- I highly recommend buying a block of Colby Jack cheese and shredding it yourself as opposed to buying pre-shredded cheese.
- I love building bowls like this because each person you are feeding can customize their bowl to fit their taste!
- Use this as a guide, but use whatever ingredients you would like best in YOUR personal breakfast bowl.
