Italian Sub Dip

All of your favorite parts of an Italian sub, in dip form. No cooking required!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 pound diced pepperoni
  • 1/4 pound diced Genoa salami
  • 1/4 pound diced deli ham
  • 10 slices diced provolone cheese (8 oz)
  • A handful diced red onion
  • A handful diced banana peppers
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • Italian seasoning to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 romaine lettuce heart, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add everything except the lettuce into a large mixing bowl.
  • Stir together. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • Before serving, stir in romaine lettuce.
  • Serve as is with naan dippers, pita crackers, and/or sliced French bread for dipping. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Do not buy a package of diced ham. Buy sliced deli ham and chop and dice the ham yourself. 
  • I recommend buying the deli meats fresh from your deli counter at the grocery store for better quality meat. 
  • I use a handful of banana peppers from a jar and dice finely.
