Ham & Pea Pasta Salad
It tastes like summer time. Perfect for a BBQ and/or camping side dish. The red onion gives it a nice zing of flavor!

frozen peas
thawed

elbow macaroni

Colby jack cheese cubes
(1 package already cubed)

red onion, diced
(to taste)

diced cooked ham
(1 package)

mayonnaise
1 (1 oz)
packet
ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed peas, elbow macaroni, Colby Jack cheese cubes, diced red onion and diced cooked ham.
Stir in the mayonnaise and ranch seasoning mix.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Enjoy!
