Season chicken breasts all over with roasted garlic & herb seasoning.
Grill chicken until cooked through and no longer pink.
Slice and dice chicken into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
Place extra large tortilla onto pizza baking stone or greased baking sheet.
Melt butter and season melted butter with garlic powder.
Brush melted garlic butter all over the top of the tortilla.
Bake in the oven 3-5 minutes without any toppings on it.
Remove pizza from the oven and brush the top of the tortilla all over with buffalo sauce, leaving a space between the sauce and the edge of the tortilla so you have a "crust" (optional).
Top the buffalo sauce with the diced chicken.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
Place pizza back in the oven and bake 5-10 minutes, until your cheese is melted and the edge of your "pizza" (the tortilla) is a light golden brown.
Drizzle more buffalo sauce and ranch on top of pizza. Cut with a pizza cutter and serve. Enjoy!
