Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.
Slice andouille sausage into "coin" shapes and add to crockpot.
Add heavy whipping cream, chicken broth, butter, Cajun seasoning, and minced garlic.
Cook on low 4-6 hours or high 2-3 hours.
Remove chicken and add penne pasta.
Slice your red bell pepper into strips and add to crockpot. Stir.
Cook on high for 30 minutes.
While that's cooking, shred your chicken with two forks.
Once penne is tender, sprinkle in your parmesan cheese. Stir.
Add shredded chicken. Stir until well combined.
