Grape Salad

Red and green grapes in a delicious cream cheese sauce and topped with brown sugar and pecans. Warning: highly addictive.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs red grapes
  • 2 lbs green grapes
  • 8 oz cream cheese *softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • Brown sugar *to taste
  • Pecans *chopped, to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, add cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla.
  • Mix with a mixer until smooth.
  • Remove the grapes from the stem and add them to a large Tupperware container.
  • Pour the cream cheese sauce over the grapes.
  • Gently stir the cream cheese sauce and grapes together until well combined.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve. Right before serving, sprinkle with brown sugar and chopped pecans. Serve and enjoy!
