Loaded Potato Ribbons

Spiralized and deep fried potatoes smothered in white cheese dip, bacon, sour cream, and green onions. It tastes like the county fair.

Ingredients
  

  • 5 russet potatoes
  • White Cheese Dip *See notes
  • 7 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 1 bundle green onions
  • Vegetable Oil *for frying

Instructions
 

  • Add vegetable oil to a deep fryer and preheat according to deep fryer instructions.
  • Wash potatoes. Use a spiralizer with a ribbon blade to cut potatoes.
  • Fry potatoes at 375 for 5 minutes, flipping and stirring a couple times. Read your deep fryer instructions and use your best judgement on heat temp and time.
  • Add fried potatoes to a plate and top with desired toppings.
  • I topped with prepared white cheese dip, cooked and crumbled bacon, sour cream, and chopped green onions.
  • Serve and enjoy!
